SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days of order. You will receive an email once your order is completed and out for delivery. Tracking information is provided with shipping.

 

International orders are shipped and delivered within 6 to 10 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, with the exception of factory defects.

If there is a problem with your order please reach out to StatusApparelDC@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at StatusApparelDC@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

For reference, defective goods are defined as new products containing an embroidery, DTG/screenprinted or manufacturing defect upon receipt. Please note that defective goods are only eligible for exchange when they are returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with no body odor or fragrance.
