  • Some items may be shipped the next business day, depending on availability and order volume..

Domestic Shipping​

  • Standard Ground Advantage Shipping: $8.25 flat rate (estimated delivery in 1–5 business days).

  • Priority Shipping: $10.25 flat rate (faster delivery option available).

International Shipping

  • International orders are delivered within 6–10 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Status Apparel DC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our updated policy regarding returns and exchanges:

All Sales Are Final​

  • No returns are accepted unless the item has a factory defect or was damaged during shipping.

  • If you encounter an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at StatusApparelDC@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.

Refunds​

  • Refunds are issued only for orders containing incorrect or damaged items. If approved, we will provide a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges for store credit within 72 hours of your purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
